About Us

AJW Land & Development founder Anthony Wright grew up in the county of West Sussex, where he spent much of his time working on local farms during the harvest and enjoys country pursuits in his spare time. Anthony is passionate about the countryside and has an extensive knowledge of countryside matters.

Anthony studied Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree. From here he went on to join a leading Cirencester based firm of Chartered Surveyors in 2013. During this time, Anthony became a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a RICS Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.  Since gaining his qualifications he then went on to specialise in residential development land assisting landowners in bringing forward strategic land.

After gaining invaluable experience and building a network of trusted contacts, Anthony founded AJW Land & Development in October 2020 with the aim of combining his knowledge and attention to detail to provide the best possible service to his clients.

Graham Singer is a consultant for AJW Land & Development and advises on agricultural matters and specialises in all aspects of residential development land.  Graham is well known in the local farming community having previously been a livestock auctioneer at Swindon Cattle Market before running his own firm of Chartered Surveyors for 14 years.

His expertise is extensive having negotiated the sale of a 1,700 housing site in Swindon and numerous town and village sites principally in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.

In Graham’s spare time he enjoys gardening, walking his black Labrador, Coco, and spending time with his two grandchildren.
